So what exactly is happening right now? I went to Diessa and didn’t see anything particularly special. Is this time-limited? If I don’t participate, will it be gone forever?

Go to the other zone. There is stuff going on there, it’ll be obvious.

fix signs, collect trinkets from corpses and give them to refugee vendors, and heal ‘injured’ refugees and rez downed.
need 75 then i got a consumable that gave 10k karma (+/-).

that seems to be all atm

Should be active in Both Diessa Plateau and Wayfarer foothills atm. Right now mostly seems like an achievement/title thingie and isn’t much background/backstory.
