first question on revenants is that seeing how different legends will affect the utility and elite skills, will revenants still be able to use racial skills? or is there a ‘no legend’ mode?
second question, this is kind of a suggestion too but is there any reason why the new guardian shouts cant be used underwater? is it possible to change it? i really like the addition of new shouts as i was running a shout build but was kind of disappointed when i found out i couldnt use the new ones all the time
