Guild Wars 2

I have learned this recipe but is does not appear in the crafting window. I have level 500 in huntsman, but i can’t see the sigil to craft it.
Am i missing something?

Yeh i know that. As i pointed out i brought the huntsman one, i have 500.
also i have 500 in weaponsmith and artificer and the recipe is not in any of those.
