I got rolled back lost about 2/3 a level guildies lost levels! was wondering if anyone chould explain Why a login server crash causes a roll back (don’t mind the spelling)

would like a explanation of this too, i think its BS we get a ninjad rollback. I would bekitten if i recieved a Legendary weapon mat and this happned.

I am missing quite a bit of items like an hour or more’s worth not to mention the money I accrued. Ninja rolled backs are lame.

its bad…some of my gold was missing….if it was just roll back…that means I missed out the profits that I’ve made. They better have a good explanation and compensation for that.

The rollback was massive !!!! I lost 1 lvl and a half, lots lots of items, daily that i fineshed, monthly progress, etc etc

Lol i must have been lucky cause i hasnt logged into day probly lost so much would of made me rage

I couldn’t lock in, all I got was error 42, so maybe the game didn’t saved the progress for those who still played during the last hour or so when I couldn’t just wait (not even the forums worked for me).

You lost any progress you did in a zone if you disconnected or logged out while the login server were having issues. I logged out because my partner got kicked and when I came back, all the work I did while he was kicked out, i lost.

Yea lost the waypoint I discovered and lost all the silver i spent on a set of gear i wanted to reskin. about 5 silver total

I don’t think it was intended, the game just don’t saved any progress. But I am just guessing.

I had two friends that got dc’d about 10mins before I did and couldn’t relog, so it must’ve dominoe’d!

Sounds like a pretty big design flaw, doesn’t it?

if you where still logged in it looks like your fine if you where not you lost something/or got moved!

i lost about 3 gold and all the crafting mats i bought. raged pretty hard and still suffering minor bouts of rage. completely zapped me of my will to play tonight.

Same here lost a level half map completion and items, i mean seriously wth.
And no info from Support about this, not even a post on the forums, is support so bad in this game that we cant even get a hey we are aware of this and appologise, i mean i know we dont pay monthly but i would rather pay then not get any support at all,
Hell i have had a ticket in for 2 weeks now with the only 2 replys being more info , then telling me thx for the bug report . wasnt i bug report i lost $40 on the gem crap.

i dont know if they wont restore or if they just dont know how to.

I finally completed a map and, finally, for the first time ever, got reward items I could actually use. Well, you guessed it … the second time I completed it for some leather (I am AS), a trident (I have better and can’t use them anyways), and wrists that are less useful than Apple’s new Maps app. Not happy. Not happy at all.

Since I just trade most of the time, it wasn’t a big deal. The TP being down almost half the time bugs me more

Lmao, this would’ve made me raged so hard. Lucky me was at a restaurant.

They told me they can’t roll back/restore my items when my acc got hacked.
and this time they just rolled back my character for no reason…(so this proves they are actually able to restore items for player but they just DON’T want to do it.)

I have lost 1.5G(acc got hacked) + 5G(lost due to converting my gold to GEM) + 2G (the profit I made today before got rolled back)..thats abt 8G+ in total….
Seriously…wth…..

I would like an official respond too!
