Going through all medium armor skins in the game to find out a combination of armor i want for my main set of gear on my ranger and the three main pieces (Shoulders, Coat and Leggings) all come from sPvP. I’ve looked and it seems there is no way to get them outside of sPvP, talking mainly about the Commando and Stalwart sets. Think there will be any future update that will allow the players to obtain the skins for non sPvP use?

I really hope so, I’d kill to have my pvp set in pve really love the way it looks.

ArenaNet please make these set available on PvE. I really wanted the Commando or Stalwart helm for a thief character, gives off a very cool “western” vibe. I guess I’ll just have to wait until it’s available through PvE before making a Thief character.

You can get the “Commando” look as reward for doing the story.

Does it include the helm?

I cant remember, but I think it did. I only got myself the chest and legs as I dont like the look of the helm.

Been searching a while on other forums but it seems you are unable to get the helm, in fact the helm that is gotten via personal-story reward lists as the helm, but its skin is actually pirate hat so… there’s no commando/stalwart helm in pve, not to mention that I, been playing from day1 so didn’t rly know which things were permanent and which not, am kinda screwed anyway, for the personal story rewards AND character creation items and I freaking HATE it, also ’coz (again, day1) I choose the noble-monocle skin which is actually available later on.

Can we get any statement from ArenaNet regarding the Commando and Stalwart Armor for PvE please?
