Are the scarf and spectacles that came out with Dry Top only going to be dropping for a limited time like the monocle or will they be dropping in that area from now on?

They will drop permanently.

I call that good news (as my RNG luck is total crap). Still missing the heavy scarf & light goggles and can’t afford to buy them, so at least I can keep looking!

I thought it was a limited drop, cost me big! Oh well, a lesson learned for sure.

Not too sure about dropping. The region may dye out after the evnt.

already would take a huge loss, so may as well sit on the horde I have…. I’ve got the space. Mediums were staying quite a bit higher, then the bottom dropped out!
