Guild Wars 2

I am at a rank in a guild where i can place decorations and yet I cant upgrade chairs into fancy chairs with all the mats it say that the (guild has 1) in red. what other abliltys do you need in order to craft with these items.

You may need decorating permissions to use the chairs in the guild’s inventory as crafting materials. I can’t test this as I’m the GM and scribe for my guild. Check and see if your rank has decorating permissions maybe?
