Guild Wars 2

I had a single player guild, lvl3 in for 3 paths, lvl4 for one. I am no longer able to access this info so cannot pvde a proper list of the paths. my point is that I have, by myself achieved this, along with my cmndr badge, the golden title, I have spent no real money in doing so, just hard work. now for my hard work I will get a banner for my new guild hall.
I will not be able to build a new guild hall by myself. join a bigger guild? that’s good for them to get extra members but won’t help my aims.
Put it to you in another way… Bifrost for example long path to get, pride at the end to finally finish it and hold aloft, the grats from the crowd. that’s how I felt but I get a banner for something I will probably not get to use. makes me sad to have spent so much time to have it wiped away like that. I feel betrayed.
I will put the game aside till the expansion comes out, then will see what happens.

37500 in influence points it took to get there and I agree with you I no longer try to improve it cause I’ve moved on to ascended weapons (sigh).

Did you lose the guild or something? I can still see mine, though I do have an upgrade running.

What I want to know is how long Influence will be available for purchase, I keep putting off buying the Influence for the storage space, and I’d hate to dump gold into Influence now only to have the upgrades no longer be available before I can build the Architecture levels.

Hey someone as old as I am! Refreshing!

Forced large guilding just doesn’t do it for me either. 20 yrs ago I might have had the patience to put up with large guild requirements. Now I just get tired.
To those arguing that small guilds don’t count?
All gamers count.
Some of us prefer small groups of friends with similar tastes and cultures, others prefer giant noisy rule-heavy herds.
One thing I’ve loved about GW2 until now was the ability to play it my way on my terms. I have a real life, a rather full one. I am in constant contact with the public daily and when I come home I want to cocoon with a few quiet good friends/family and relax. If I were forced into a giant, busy, loud, guild I’d quickly quit and take my gem dollars with me. Pretty simple.
