Can small guilds get the +5 supplies for wvw? talking about 2-3 members and mostly 2, and can one person earn points or whatever the guild uses these days?

Yes, altough it’s a bit hard.
Most upgrades and missions are centered around many members.
But you can grind for the upgrades
and there is a weekly post on the Reddit that shows Guild Missions which you can solo to earn Favor for your guild!

Otherwise I’d suggest merging your guild with another small guild. This way you could focus on being a WvW guild while getting the benefits from the other players as well.
See it as an alliance! ^^
I can however see why you wouldn’t want to do this.

I hope A-net will take a look at smaller guilds some day.

I have solo upgraded my guild to level 38 (so far) and I have full WvW claim auras including +5 supply.
