Foremost, I recommend you to play what you want to play.

But as you have mentioned dungeons and such, all classes are viable, but some classes are much preferred for specific dungeons than others (Thieves for CM, Elementalists for AC etc) and Warrior is a good overall class for support and damage with banners and greatsword. For the majority of dungeon groups that want to complete it as fast as possible, they occasionally prefer to avoid rangers and necromancers, but the majority of groups will accept any class.

For WvW, as you mentioned Guardian, that class is especially valuable for its stability and shouts in WvW groups, but again, any class is very viable for WvW.

With general PvE, any class is very viable for solo play, although the level 80 Season 2 of the Living World and the upcoming Heart of Thorns expansions will likely be harder to solo for most classes, but you can always find a group to complete those with if you are struggling.

So I’ll just say once more with a deus-ex machina that I recommend you play the class you are most interested in, and welcome back to Tyria!

I find Guardian the easiest to play. Good offense, Good Buffs, Good healing. Not really Great in any area but Solid PvE soloable. Using all your skills you can easily handle most Veterans. Elites and Champions, of course, best handled by timing your attacks with others. If you are several levels above your targets you can usually solo small groups (3 or 4). Learn to use your Virtues regularly.
Ranger is also good if you learn to use your pet to engage the target first.
As always, your play style (the things that make the game fun for you) is all that really matters. The penalty for being downed is so mild, it’s worth trying different weapons, skill patterns, dodging, hit and run… until you find those that really make you want to play the game all the time.

i think i tried almost everything but still after lvling them they just start boring little bit
i donnu which to choose for high dps and fast dungeon i tried literally every class except the engi, i just dont like it so much to open it
and warrior is a no no
so im stuck with ele\mesmer\thief\ranger\necro

With the choices remaining, I would then recommend an elementalist; they deal incredibly high damage, are very useful for all dungeons but can be very squishy when going up against tough enemies. I find an elementalist to be very fun to play, especially with the recent condition changes which allowed for some incredibly damaging condition builds.

Although, hopefully some more people will post in here to give their opinions about it, as just mine and a one other posters’ opinions aren’t saying too much.
