i want to do a diorama for the halloween event but they dont send prizes there Canada (excluding Quebec), and Europe. (Canadian residents will be required to answer an additional mathematical question in order to claim their prize.) WHY??

all give away contests in Canada require this. And most also don’t include Quebec. It’s a Canadian regulation of some form. So I can only half answer you.

It is this way because of Canadian law, not a GW decesion. Although I can’t for the life of me explain why the law is the way it is.

you mean that if i win a countest in a game or forum or whateverthey wouldnt be able to sent me becose the canadians law dont want it so?

becose, i win an airsoft gun on a american website and yea, i hade to do a math question but they still delivery me in Quebec
