Just read the update notes for April 30. I still see NO mention of footsteps/effects for meteorlogicus…say it ain’t so! ALL I WANT IS FOOTFALLS!!!!PPPPPUHHHLLLLLLLLEEEASE ANET?!?!

They haven’t done much along the lines of legendary visual effect updates recently, but I agree that Meteorlogicus and a few other legendary weapons could use some much needed love.

It would also be cool if Meteorlogicus had unique projectiles, maybe it could shoot clouds?

TINY SNOWFLAKES NOTHING!! lol sorry, I’m just dying for some footfalls. The design of the weapon itself I feel is the best one out there. And agreed, some of the other legendaries without effectals would be pretty dull. But I think some footfalls would be MUCH appreciated.

A serious legendary Mace would be nice. And bow. Honestly all the non sword legendaries sans maybe Frostfang and Bifrost need work.

Unique projectiles are tricky for Magic Weapons, given the range of use they’re put to. Everyone with Bows uses them to shoot Arrows, so Rainbow Unicorns are an easy swap. Likewise, all guns fire bullets, so laser beams or whatever are easy. But scepters have an insane variety of visual effects, due to being shared by 1/2 the classes, each with a very different style of magical projectiles, and Elementalists alone having 4 different versions.

It needs to spawn super adventure box clouds at your feet that create rainbow paths.

cmon anet give them some ice cream footstep, and some flowers farts.

I just crafted Meteorlogicus and it is bugged when using the Stone Shards skill. The whole thing just vanishes from the screen.

I’m happy with my Juggernaut
Now I just wish they had some proper plate armour to go with the shiny effect. So far, it works best with the human tier 1 heavy shoulders.

I laughed so hard at this on the other thread. The sarcasm was really well done.

I was wondering if we could get a hint that the developers are working on the remaining legendaries’ polish. On a deeper level of thought, I realize that if there were to be any sort of a positive response to the question, we are going to see precursor prices for the focus, the scepter spiral higher than what they are selling for now.

It’s really frustrating. On one hand, I would really like to know if there are going to be any improvements to be made to the scepter, the focus and the other weapons that didn’t get any animation, footstep, aura buffs the last round…

Please give them some nice footfalls. I don’t have a vested interest on the scepter nor the focus at the moment.

However, I did make the Moot after I saw the polish and I thought the footsteps were nice. I also did make the Flameseeker Prophecies because I liked the lore and the look of that shield. And I’m hoping one day the legendary shield is going to give footsteps of its own.

I’ve been waiting for a very long time.
It is not much that we ask.
I hope that they are working on it or please think about it.

Meteorlogicus is the BEST legendary of Guild wars 2… pity that no effect needs a rework soon for this at the same level as the others .. focus also need.. (sorry for my bad english :l)
