still possible to craft the spinal blades?
it is real slow but it is possible if you got the sprocket generator from the festival that just ended. it will spit out 1 or 2 blade shards per day with the sprockets. when you get 50 sprockets take them over to the mystic forge and you can use them to make more shards. the 4 pieces for the pack plans can be bought on the trading post. if you have coins to spend you can speed things up by buying more sprockets on the trading post. if you dont have the generator the only place to get blade shards is in the “not so secret jumping puzzle”.

thanks, i realise i need 925 blade shards to finish it… is it gonna be very slow if i have to acquire it from the JP?
So and so. there are a few sources of blade shards around. The sprocket node in your home instance (if you unlocked it), the Aetherblades in Fractals, the Twilight Arbor Aetherblade path and the Aetherblade JP are pretty much it
You can farm aetherblades for them to, I know the ones in fotm drop em, not sure about the not so secreat ones and TA aether ones, but if they do go run TA aether daily and you’ll have plenty pretty soon.
Alternatively you can buy sprockets from the tp and use it in the mf to make more blade shards, but thats really costly as a stack of sprockets gives u about 50blade shards.

You can make blade shards in the Mystic Forge with sprockets. Recipe on the wiki.
10-15 per 50 sprockets with very rare chance for 50. But you can buy sprockets.
