minor rune and sigil can be sold like selling junk one button
because many of them Useless and sold and desotryed so wasting time

Fifteen charrs say yes, please.

Well at one time they actually had value. But the flood of rares from HoT has made rare rune/sigil prices drop which made promoting minor rune/sigils a losing proposition now (a long time ago I made 50% profit on carpel tunnel clicking on the MF).

It’s probably intended that’s why they actually increased minor rune/sigil drop rate.

It’s mmorpg’s way of adding content to waste players time.
