(sugestion)precursor soulbound beocme account bound.
because many of them which soulbound can only be crafed legendary weapons at the same chracter,it is inconvenient?
we must level up craft level

The gifts are account bound. The precursor being soulbound doesn’t matter. Just make the other stuff on different characters.

Precursor weapons are fine soulbound. Since all the other components of the legendary weapon Mystic Forge recipes are account bound, all you need to do is transfer them to the character that can actually hold the precursor.

The legendary weapon itself is account bound like ascended gear, so any character can hold it.
