Would it be possible to put in some way (craft, need to get x items for the forge/toilet, some otherway, something that would take a bit of work to accomplish/not just a giveme) to upgrade all the fine ‘world boss’ items such as Sam, Commisar’s Manifesto, Ulgoth’s Tail, etc that we can get? As it is the exotics needed to finish the collection drop so rarely that for most players its kitten near impossible to get (or even get the gold needed to buy one from the TP, such as Sam). I’m not looking for something that would be really easy to do, but take awhile (a few days/weeks?) to do that would take the blue version and upgrade it to the exo one. Currently even the blue versions don’t really drop that often and have absolutely no use other than salvaging due to them being really low level stats (only one instead of three) for a lvl 80 item. That way those of us who can’t get good rng luck have some other way of getting to finish the collection.

Not gonna happen. ANet used those rare drops for a reason.
