The healthbars should work the same way in parties as in WvW, PvP and squads. I have no reason to see party members names and titles as a healer. This gets rly annoying in high lvl fractals. The pets name can stay though – so I easily can see where my pet is. Having to mouse over every partymember to see who’s at low Health just causes their death.

Supposedly this is fixed.

It’s NOT fixed since this was after that bug-fix. tI does work in raids, PvP and WvW, but not in an ordinary 5 man party.
