i mainly play engineer, and refuse to use hammer.
its power power power and block and block and reflect and reflect with so low cooldowns that is insane.
with some gyros (1 or 2) depends on what you are doing, wvw or pvp or pve its tons of cc – damage – and selfsustain!
get “Rapid Regeneration” that heals 105 with swiftness and 470 with superspeed (that u get basically from everywhere on engineer)
so every seconds is a nice 570 healing.
what? and when u have like 10s of superspeed? (its 4700 in 10s! an overcharge of healing turret is 5400 every 15s!!! 2 turrets spammed in 15s!!! are you really kidding!)
all this is in a berserk build!!!
im asking to “reduce” the healing of superspeed or put an internal cooldown
because engineer in some scenario using scrapper hammer 1-2 gyros , deals:
tons of damage
tons of block
tons of reflect (with 6s cd!!!)
tons of CC (gyro stuns – thunderclap)
for years backpack regenerator was 100 healing on using a kit or 150 with full celestial set LOL
