No but if you use that and get the perception sigil at 25 stacks its a total of ~17% crit chance. But thats more worth it if you have some very good +% crit dmg.
Oh im dumb sorry. I dont actually know if those two accuracies stack. The +% sigils dont show up on hero page ;-(
The way the sigils work, that +5% only applies to abilities based on that weapon (so 1-3 for main hand, 4-5 for off-hand). That’s why the +crit doesn’t show up on your character sheet.
I don’t know what it does for #3 on a dual-wielding thief. The same principle applies for the +5% damage.
Incidentally, going to the mists and trying this stuff out on the combat golems there is a handy (FREE!!) way to test before you buy.
