Yes, they’re aware. Simply report the message, and then block the sender.
Its not really that urgent…report it. I have so far seen one player fall for it, and really they where dead tired and werent thinking straight. But yea, they know. Just report and delete.
The pvp community reminds me of what Obi-kittenenobi describes Mos Eisley as from star wars.
This is very common these last few months. Nothing new here, just report/block as suggested above.
Must admit, I haven’t seen that “change email” version of the mail scams, but the other 2 are very common.
Even if it didn’t have a message at the bottom informing you that it was not sent by ANet, the poor sentence structures, and missed out words made it a little obvious.
Also, the bogus URL that they are telling you to visit.
Within that mail text there is grammatical abuse. It’s a telling sign it’s fake.

You know, other than the obvious message at the bottom that says the message is NOT from ANET staff :P
