For some reason the arrow thin that is supposed to tell me where to go is pointing in the wrong direction. I want to know where the start the personal story step “Eye of the sun”. But the arrow is pointing to a place in the Black citadel where i can not get to, is this the right place to go? It is pointing to Ligacus Aquilo ?

There is a bug where the pointer thinks that an old Halloween instance is a portal and tries to direct you through it.

You can go to the Sylvari area and check again or you can look at the big map and search for a green star on the map in the correct area.

I had that before with a different story step. From what I heard the arrows are trying to take a shortcut through an area that’s part of an event and not actually reachable most of the year. Just ignore the arrows and go to the green star.

If you’re at the “meet Trehearne in the Grove” objective then go to the Grove.
If you’re at “Rendezvous with the others near the Ogotl grounds” then go to Brisban Wildlands. If you haven’t found that map yet you can get there through the north-west corner of Caledon Forest.
