hi guys has anyone ever had a problem to buy a new copy of gw2?
i bought one for my bro and is taking more than 3 days to deliver the serial number to my email.
i wrote to support but they say they are unable to speed up and provide an eta…

Could be clearing through whatever payment system you used. Credit card companies take time to verify. Especially these days with stolen numbers floating around everywhere.

is it not in a junk/spam folder?

all my emails from anet end up in there for some reason lol

Sounds strange… If you bought digital version you should be getting it pretty quickly. Unless you used somekinda crappy payment method~ or live outside the USA, then idk what goes on in that situation. Or your email is wrong or it’s in spam? :o

nope junk folder is empty.. i used paypal to buy the game, i already used the same method to buy this accoun a year ago, my gf one a bit later, and idk like 200€ of gems lol.
my cards are verified in pypal since ages lol, and the account itself is verified as a professional account.
idk is kind of ridiculus lol

When I bought my copy it took 2 days for the code to arrive.

I put that down to the fact that I got it on the first day of pre-purchase and there were a lot of orders going through. But it might be that the system actually takes a while to go through.

But it would also be a good idea to double check the email address you used, if possible, and check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t go in there.

mm can it be that there are more orders now that in pre purchase day ? don’t think so lol .
