I’m curious, can someone think of a reason why we already have the tempest weapon skin as BL-skin?

I thought the specialisation weapons / armor would be rewards for putting points into the tempest progress line?!

What? The Tempest weapon skins have nothing to do with the Tempest elite specialization.

Which BL skin are you talking about here?

He’s probably assuming that the tempest skin line was made for the Tempest specialization- its not. There’s a new warhorn skin for the specialization.

I’m assuming OP is talking about the Black Lion skin set of Tempest Weapon Skins. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Tempest_weapon_skins

oh, I confused the datamined warhorn skin with the tempest warhorn skin, sorry for the confusion stacks :-/

They share the same name. Not the same skin.

Black Lion Tempest warhorn and teaser picture. The warhorn doesn’t show up well, but other pictures have shown it to be a more solid looking item.
