going to be honest I find this event funny. what I do not find funny is all these people that are comparing this event in a FAKE world to the plane crash in the real one. people really need to pull that tree outta there backends!

I found it funny for the first 10 minutes… but i agree about the plane crash, Oh and the crucifixions. Those too. Have you people never seen KIDS play pretend to be an airplane, they do the exact same thing, does it offend you then?

Same! but after 10 minutes of running around, it got old xD I was hoping they would have done a turn off thingy after what happened last year, but whatever! tis just a game, and while i wont be playing it over the next day and a half, its just that. A game!

They still do that? I thought they get diagnosed with a mental disorder and taken into Child Protection Services if they do things like that.

I am at work now. When I get home and log in if I find it too annoying then I will just watch TV or read. Not that big of a deal.

Well, the ones in my neighborhood do! i know i did 17 years ago! And im pretty sure if it was physically possible for me to have kids they would to! did detect your sarcasm by the way

Yeah I felt the same so I logged off and did some other stuff. No big deal. I don’t need to play one single game 24/7. Although I think I mostly logged off because I was tired of hearing so many people complaining rather than playing airplanes. I feel like they’re the majority though.

The difference here is that a company did this knowingly. They have the resources to research what is going on in the world. Regardless of if people found it offensive they should have realized it might cause an issue. It just makes them look kind of silly.

I’m just going to just leave this here. Goodnight forums. May whatever was in the air tonight thin out and we all regain our senses. Though I would like to keep my toddler airplane. I’ve wanted this sort of thing as an emote since the game launched.

You know, without nails, it’s not really much of a crucifixion. Its more like… aerobics.

The only people who look silly are the ones trying to find a reason to be offended in a video game.

It’s like trying to taking offense to to killing people in WvW because it promotes violence in the Middle east.
Neither of the two are connected, its idiotic and illogical.
