I looked and saw unidentified dyes being sold for 5-10 silver. I crie evry tiem. :’(
Darn you, Kiba: I look back in my history and find myself trading exotic weapons at prices I charge for rare ones nowadays. I know the economy was different then, but, man…
Feel old now.
Frist thing i sold was a dye…dont make sence.

LOL. This was fun to look at.
Side note. First thing I ever purchased!
hahha here is my first sold
and my first bought.
I can see I have been both a dye junkie and an over spender since day one
I don’t have a pic, but I remember that mine was a masterwork cabalist hood… And I only know that because I had an unexpected pick-up from the TP after the changes to magic find.
First thing I ever I sold was an onion. Imagine that… I made Yumiko on head start then immediately got my tools and stuff and gathered an onion?
Look how cheep they were too! They are 608% (68 copper) more in value now!
First thing I bought was: Jute scraps. I was already working on tailor and was trying to get every recipe done. Now I don’t even do that, and just find the most efficient route from 1-400! The price dropped by half a year later too!
Interesting indeed! It seems I started with dyes, both selling and buying. That was my introduction to the TP.
I’m not ingame at the moment, so cant post any pictures. I do remember the last beta weekend.
People could purchase gems with real money. They would be refunded to the person who bought them with real money when the game went out. So people did buy them and tested the gemstore. I remember I leveled an ele to level 12-ish and bought the 10 silver book. it was bout to be then end of the beta weekend so I sold everything I had on the TP and used the profits to buy gems. I think I bought 250 gems for bout 10 silver.
Off course after the beta weekend they where deleted and returned to the orignal buyer, but it shows how the economy has changed.
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
