As for clarification there was a patch maybe with april feature patch i cant remember to monsters AI and some fix to ranger pets AI. I bet this was the outcome for minions to bug but devs know it so its not important to look for it to dig it from patch notes.What i care is my utility skills fixed or removed to not bother with useless skills.
There are no bugs in this game. Only features.

I only write posts that i find serious not wanting your attention but the one who cares about the game(anet or some devs to ring a bell for their own good and players ofc).

If you only wish for ANet devs to see what you type, consider submitting a bug report ingame via /bug or try contacting support. There is no need to belittle other players and their opinions on the forums when they are attempting to direct you to the proper tools for assistance. Bugs are frustrating in any game.
