why can’t it be spy or rogue. thief is a negative title and implies you are breaking laws. It doesn’t make any sense for example if you pick dignity as a thief.

OhkittenI like the “thief” title because it isn’t some watered down “rogue” euphemism. Assassin would have been cool too, but the thief is a classic RPG archetype.

Thief is one of the oldest classes from pen and paper games. I would even call it “classic”.
