The highest i’ve ever seen torment stacked was like 13-16 in crown pavilion and that was probably the last time I remember seeing torment stacked…though there are, more than likely, instances that groups do get a full 25 stacks of torment right? assuming theres a DS condition necro, maybe some condition warriors running sword offhand…or something like that, right? Because you’ll have 25 bleeding, vulnerability, a few stacks of confusion every so often, and 25 torment if it happens. (Along with all the other conditions that are bombarded on top of world bosses)
Thief with Venomous Aura and Residual Venom would be able to provide 20 stacks of it assuming there are at least 4 other people around but I don’t think there are many people using a build like that and I am not sure what you are getting at.
