when i enter old password,d new password, confirmed and i press save changes, it goes back to the same screen? and password doesnt change, there is no notifications or anything

I don’t know why this is, but every time I change my password (I do this monthly) it takes on average 5-6 times for the new password to “take.” So, I redo and redo the password change until it finally sticks. Again, I’m not sure why this happens and why I can’t just enter my new password once and have it work the first time.
