I have been doing Kudzu precursor crafting and have everything done but 1 thing in tier 3. Cant seem to get the fertilizer from Heirloom Seed Bag and I have farmed and opened about 150 of them out of silver wastes. I wonder if anyone else is having this problem and is Anet could address the drop rate on those when you have collectible achievement going on.
