just gonna predict log in the 25th and youll get a free gift from the gem store and will have to go get your “ugly” gift.

but ill tell you want your mom and dad said she made it for you so you better wear it to make grandma anet happy she wont be around forever and it will make her happy.

Ugly glider is gemstone or minipet quest (from gemstone).

Or we will get a transmutation charge.

You need to get a Mini Angry Wintersday Gift from the gem store and bring it to the Collector NPC to unlock the collection for it.
Its already in the wardrobe. if you want to preview it.

Getting it may involve some wintersday materials, but I’m hoping it will be more along the lines of the mimic chest scavenger hunt to get the mini red spark.
