I’m sorry if this is noob question but I’m lvl 30 and my weapon and armor looks liek lvl 1 toys, why is that ?

Cool looking stuff is higher level and either costly or RNG.

Look out for karma vendors, some of them have nice skins.

Also if skins is what you are looking, use dulfy.net to search for weapons and how to acquire them. You will need transmutation stones to use those skins.

But yes, most of the “good” ones come at lvl 80
