we have scam in our guild
how do i respond it? report or something?

Anet does not get involved in guild issues.

If you have any Questions submit a support ticket. Not saying they will do any thing but it is always the best way to do things.

And the answer is Anet will not get involved in guild issues. If someone scammed your guild the best you can do is contact support and report them. However anything taken from your guild bank will not be returned. To contact support follow the support link at the top of the page then select the “submit a request” link.

You can report the person for scamming, he/she will likely get banned but you wont get your items/gold back.

Remove the person from your Guild? Block and report? There is an option in the in-game report tool that includes scamming.
