Change Chest to Phalanx/Vigil/Cultura Tier3
Pants to Cultural(any)/Gladiator/HowT
And Off with that hat. Get a beard.
Done

Use a makeover kit to look more like this (a friend’s norn, and she made him look very good imo).

I think that set, along with the color combination is unappealing.
