what do you think this game needs ?
The game doesn’t need tanks and healers.. if you wiped over and over then thats a player issue. Either you don’t know the dungeon very well or your team wasn’t using the right skills.
-The LFG system I can agree with, spent lots of time just standing in front of dungeons. An LFG Channel would be nice.
-Smaller scale tournaments in pvp which I haven’t done yet because of the 5v5 issue. I want to play 2v2 or 3v3 similar to wows arena. I play with rl friends so it works out best for us.
-Better camera or an option to disable the camera smoothing.
-More abilities- 5 gets a little boring at times even with the weapon swapping. I think 6 or 7 would nice.
-Better looking gear, alot of the gear looks the same especially in the early levels.
- Home waypoints. I want a home waypoint which doesn’t cost anything similar to a hearthstone.
- More speed. I think it would be more fun if the game was faster such as the abilities and character movement speed.
Overall I’m pretty satisfied but those things I mentioned would be nice, for me atleast.
-
The game definitely would benefit from a real LFG system, but certainly not from “tanks and healers”. The dungeons are easily completed even for first timer PUGs (at least in SM).
-more ways to make money
to name 3:
Vanquishing
Hard Mode
Zaishen Quests
all of these are possible, as we seen in BWE3 ending the “hunger games” Arenanet created an instanced version of Metrica Province seperate from the real zone which opens up the possibility of Hardmode for every zone & Vanquishing it for even more rewards.
this Halloween im sure we’ll expect to see more instanced versions of other zones aswell.
Zaishen is pretty easy, slap a Black Lion tag on there and your good to go for being lore-friendly as the Zaishen’s location atm is unknown.
could even open up new rewards related to these quests aswell, not to mention a good way to persuade people to do story-mode dungeons for the quest as atm Story-mode is really hard to get groups for.
Less whiners that want to shoehorn in a PvE endgame raiding system when it was highly advertised that no such system would exist years prior to launch.
