Guild Wars 2

i was just running around has just killed some champ had just wp’ed and switched to my bow to see this glowing thing on it.
i have no idea what this thing is, does anybody have any idea what it is?
i switched it and that glowing light just sat there until i switched back then it would show up again.
i finally unequipped it for something else and it just stayed there.

There’s only one explanation…

A few questions: which bow is underneath the skin (like, is it a particular dungeon bow for the stats or another bow that might have some particle effects?

Other question, which skin/weapon were you using before you way pointed and switched? Was it a legendary?

Its a common bug when too much useless commanders are on 1 map.

Arc is underneath the skin of the bow.
and the only other weapon i had before it was my karka GS.
