I read that with the new specialization trait system, skill points will be completely removed and every skillpoint you currently have will change into crafting materials. What will happen to scrolls of knowledge? Should I use all of them?

So far, nothing has been stated regarding Scrolls and Tomes of Knowledge. Hopefully, a developer will eventually state what will happen, or a future blog post might spill the beans, but I am quite confident that something from Anet will let us know what will happen (if anything) to scrolls and tomes before the change takes place.
