Info is usually not released until ~15:00 GMT-5. Check back then.

This isn’t a black friday launch lol.. Geez people are impatient :P

How it works:

1. Anet lets us know they have an update coming.
2. Anet posts a preview page for the event/update.
3. Anet posts the actual page for most info.
4. Anet either
   a. Updates the game and quickly posts release notes
   b. Posts release notes and updates the game

There are variations, but generally I think this is how it is done. Be patient, even devs need to sleep.

It’s only June 3rd, Washington time. The release page says there will be more information on June 4th. Patience, dear one. =)

Oh, and they did announce that starting June 4th, the karka queen event would start, and Kiel, I think, mentioned the Dragon Bash coming up in LA when her job was finished in Southsun. I’m thinking that starts on the 11th. But, we will see tomorrow (later today for some). =)

Yes… except that the game just updated 50mb+ and there is nothing on twitter, nothing on the forum and nothing on the frontpage.

Ahh, the 5th for Karka Queen, and the 4th for information. My bad, thanks, Yargesh. I must learn to read and assimilate better. Lol.

Yes I can see on the events page it states the event starts June 5th, however on the patch notes it states June 4th as the start date for the karka queen meta event:

Can anyone clarify which date is correct?

Since it is not live yet I am betting on the 5th. Long time left in the 4th yes but I think it is an auto server based thing rather than a release.
