What location in the game would you most like to see next? (xpac2?) please keep it to the current map, as this thread is also meant to give the devs an actual idea of what ppl are interested in. I’d like to see the rest of Kryta (they said somewhere we don’t have quite all of it if anyone wants to link that), and the woodland cascades.

Somewhere we’ve not seen in either Guild Wars 1 or 2 yet. Maybe Woodland Cascades or the Isles of Janthir. They’re right near Divinity’s Reach yet we still don’t know what’s out there.

Best we’ve got is a +1.

Dominion of Winds and Tengu were so close to being in production, but they clipped it, possibly in favor of the Charr and Ascalon.

well yes, but we probably need somewhere on the current map to lead there. There was some kind of rumor or leaked fourth orr map towards the south end that was supposedly related to Fissure of Woe…

Not sure how you will drum up support for areas of a game most of us haven’t played.
A map helps but they are all still unknowns to most of us.

Yep, that’s exactly where I meant. We never went east in this game or Guild Wars 1. All we know is that there’s a lot of land mass that way, but we don’t know what’s out there. It could be anything, and it calls to the adventurer in me.

Yep, that’s exactly where I meant. We never went east in this game or Guild Wars 1. All we know is that there’s a lot of land mass that way, but we don’t know what’s out there. It could be anything, and it calls to the adventurer in me.

Maybe all that land is there for a whole new game to be set in the same ‘verse as Guild Wars? There would be potential for crossovers if they’re in the same timeline. It could be a MOBA, fighting game, or crossover between the two with a 2D fighting game mode after you press a certain button to force your target into it? The main battle could be the MOBA while the 2D fighting game mode would be duels that grants greater rewards for you and penalties for the opponent like longer spawn time (only after losing such a duel)? The overhead mode would have a sorta cross between a 3D fighter and MOBA.
