which class will benfit most with build from using pvt gear in pve dungeons ?

None unless you want even fewer drops. If you have to use pvt gear you should skip that content because the rewards will be next to nothing.

There are times when you do content for content’s sake.

To OP: Classes that have naturally low armor, hp, don’t have access to protection, stability, constant heals, vigor, low mobility.
Most classes have access to all of these things to some extent, it breaks down more to play style and how comfortable you are with the content you are running than anything else. It will also depend on party balance..

It is not uncommon for a d/d ele to use some pvt gear.

Personally I think it’s a good way to get started with a d/d ele at 80 since you can get the exotics for karma and help with the learning curve, once you know what you’re doing and have some gold saved up you can get more offensive stats and still do well.

P/V/T is mostly used for bunker specs. I think it would be the most useful on d/d or s/d elementalist and rangers.

They have the lowest health and armor in the game. That is their weakness. When you strengthen your weaknesses you become much more powerful.
