Guild Wars 2

Currently in game there are so many blue glowy weapons and flame particle effects I cannot keep track.

Can we please have some white weapons?

Jotun great-sword is the best I can think of currently and the feather focus but I draw a blank after that.

I am looking for a white scepter/focus and staff.

Other colours would be great. The design teams seem to get an idea and run with it, sometimes a little too far, greatcoats medium armour and the orange/blue fire effects. Will see over the next year what comes out. They did use white on the armour pieces you get from Achievement chests plus the champ box greatsword cobalt (edit, on screenshots it looks blue, on my computer when I use it it looks white), so white might be the new fashion choice.

Reskins = less time, less effort, less cost, MOAR PROFIT.

GW2= Profit and kitten everyone else.

I agree, more white weapons would be amazing (especially with my white dye armor). I really like the white ascended weapons but it sucks because the stats of the white ones are all trash.

yeah I have those armor pieces but really I regret not just choosing hellfire because at least you can match it-
the radiant pieces are so over powering, that unless you base your entire set around them they suck.
cobalt sure, but it still looks very blue with a kind of arc eye white effect,

I am just so tired of the run of the mill, if you are a Guardian , have some blue weapons.

Danng it I want white ones- if you look at the archetype it totally makes sense :p

Pity weapons are not dyable, and that I just cba to level my crafting

If we can get more weapons white in appearance, can we also have white versions of the sylvari verdant ones? Heck, why not just make a set of cultural weapon models and change the palette some, then make them Karma purchases off NPCs following an event chain. Add a randomizer to it so they don’t always give the same color each time and I wager you’d see more people running events

If you don’t mind the lack of flashy particle effects try checking out the wolfborn weapons (from the karma merchants in Hoelbrak). They’re white and black.

Since I don’t have any Norn characters I have never seen those so I went to check them out- they are very very nice indeed.

hehe I went on a bit of a cultural tour after that and I cannot believe I forgot about the Glyphic weapons they are white mostly as well.
you see a bazillion guardians with them though

I use the Aureate weapons atm- nice and elegant and fairly subdued.
You see them a lot on Guardian though and they are light blue

I would give my eye teeth if we could have a whole Jotun set and not just a gs.

or a whole new set of white weapons make white the new flame :p
