Unless it has a dedicated graphics card (something most laptops lack,) I would be very surprised if it would run on high settings with any kind of decent frame rate. My wife’s laptop has a core i5, 6gb ram, and ATI mobility radeon graphics card and manages 30 fps at highest settings.
