My comprehension is low, but.
Game is live no beta.
No more preview weekends mentioned.
Mounts will be discussed this week.

Nowhere does it say open beta. It’s just that they will have blog posts about mounts.
It’s an article about upcoming blog posts.
It says they’re going to have several about the elite specialisations, then from today there will be a week of posts about mounts and then a week of posts about the story and the Crystal Desert.
No mention anywhere of any type of beta.

There is no announced public beta related to mounts or story, and we should not expect one.
We will get to learn about mounts this week, apparently, and some story teasers/discussions next week. That likely entails, at most, preview videos or blogs about the Skimmer or a Q&A with the story team.

Read again. You can see what they did for elite spec week, and any other previous reveals, to get an idea on what they’d do for mount week. They’re giving us information and in no way is that another open beta. The only two betas they said we would get have come and passed.
