Guild Wars 2

I have 718 out of 719 points of interest yet every zone is 100% completed including all borderlands maps and eternal battlegrounds. I have gone through all zones several times to check but still all show 100% complete. This is frustrating as I cannot get world completion anyone have any ideas?

Do you have the Order of Whispers camp in Mount Maelstrom.?
Thats the one most people miss i believe, it is just next to the Irwin isle waypoint you have to swim to get to it though.
