Yeah it is this thread again, but this time the other way around.

Why does the Heart of the Mists not count against world completion? It is really easy to complete, a lot easier than the borderlands in fact. So yeah, why wasn’t that thing included in the whole gift of exploration thing?

Maybe since it’s really easy to complete?

Besides, the heart of the mists exploration is shared among your characters, while the world completion is individual.

The last time I checked it wasn’t account bound. I had to complete the Heart with my eng and my ranger separtely. Even the 3 hearts in the starting area are repeatable if you choose to visit this place with another character.

And being easy to complete is not really an argument, because the Chantry of Secrets is even easier to complete and part of the world completion…

Heart of the mists for me is open on all chars, once I completed it with the 1st one.

I’m talking about the portal, vendors and other players are there when I go there with other chars.
I didn’t have to complete the quests to get the portal to LA.
This is shared between all chars, and as such, I assume does not qualify for world completion.
