I’ve got my “Been there. Done that.” title. But under my achievements, there are still a couple of areas I’m missing for “Maguuma Explorer” and for “Shiverpeaks Explorer”

I wonder if this has happened to enough people that there’s a knowledge base of places that you can miss by region while still getting world completion.

Any hints on where to go, or should I just look for blurry spots on the map and wander around?

Remember, those are two distinct and different achievements.

I wonder if Cragstead (Shiverpeaks) and Dry Top (Maguuma) count for the “Explorer” achievements. I wouldn’t expect them to, but it’s possible, and it’s possible you cleared out their surrounding areas before they were added to the game.

There are a lot of small areas which belong solely to jumping puzzles on the edges of areas, or events people don’t necessarily know/care about – Aurora’s Remains is one of those. So is the Hidden Garden, King Jalis’ Refuge, Sector Zuhl . . . there’s a lot of areas for Explorer which you’ll never find doing map completion.

Simply put, there are some areas that do not contain any POI, WP, or Vistas. Those are the areas you are still missing

Cragstead in Wayfarers Foothills counts toward Shiverpeak. Dry Top does not count toward Maguuma (at least I don’t think so since I got that achievement before Dry Top existed).
