What’s the best way to get wrappers to try get a skin?

The surest/fastest way is to buy them from the gem store.

The cheapest way is to simply play and open ToT bags.

It’s a gamble and you’re probably going to lose. If you’re going to put money into it, or even a lot of time, be aware you may get nothing back for your efforts.

If you farm the ToT bags for the wrappers, you can make a little side money while farming. Because ultimately Vayne is right. I don’t know if its per server or per system (EU/NA) but either way people will be buying tickets for those weapons.

Seems these Trick or Treat bags were named after me, i think anet should send me a few so i can check the quality before putting my name to them hehe^^
