I know you can salvage the rare armor you obtain from each Dungeon Vendor. I must say I am not entirely sure about the Exotics as I have never tried it before.

You can salvage both the rare and the exotic dungeon armor. I’ve salvaged exotics from AC and rares from CoF for ectos since I’ve had no other use for those tokens.

yes you can salvage dungeon armors/weapons however you CAN’T salvage karma armor/weapons. Hope this helps
