your daily routine in gw2?
Log on. Say hi to people. Log off to play other games.
Scrub D/D Ele. What’s server loyalty?
- Log in @ 9 pm
- Quick dailies with leveling character (warrior these days)
- All time gated stuff (crafting materials, charge crystals, gathering in personal instance)
- WvW or sPvP or tPvP if have 4 guildies or friends willing to join, whatever floats my boat that day
- AC P1/2/3 because I realize I’m poor as hell and I want quick&easy gold
- It’s 2 am → new dailies and time gated stuff in case I will not login the day after
- logout and swear to myself going to bed earlier the next day
Tuesday guild missions
Thursday Tequatl and other bosses
Whiteside Ridge
log in, worry about time gated junk
hide map chat panels and grind a bit
swallow sadness
glance the forum to see how talking points dictate the direction of this game as apposed to steady development and rational gamer input
cry deeply

like a boss
When i don’t have more than 1-2 hours: log in, do dailies, defeat teq if he is on schedule.
When i have a lot of time: do dailies, do world bosses, some easier jumping puzzles for fun, 1 or 2 dungeon paths when i’m in the mood, level alt characters, run eotm or wvw…. the game still keeps me occupied and somewhat satisfied

Tab out to the internet and forget I have GW2 running
Before I used to just log in, looking around and type some in guild chat and then log out.
Now I don’t play anymore.
Well you can usually get your entire daily achievements for your daily chest simply from doing Tequatl.
I have been trying to play other games and only play this only sparingly lately. The forums are starting to become the real end game.
Go on forum, check trait complaint thread, has mod posted saying it’ll be fixed? No? Okay back to Archeage.
- World Boss Train
- Dungeons/Fractals
- It’s Wednesday, guild missions in 2 hours
- Look at WvW score, think, “oh that’s nice” and continue map completion on my thief.
A few months ago my list would have only contained “Enter WvW,” but I am personally boycotting siege disablers.
i was leveling atl (atlaholic) and wanted bring my new one throught he story. HAHAHA forget that story is BROKEN by improvment patch HAHA: ah lets see getting the giant butt greatsword chiansaw skin somehow (begging im desperate) seeing is back not jsut TP, turnes out lottory is a lottory ofr a lottory for a lottory.
1. Log in as toon in Southsun Cove and gather Blooming Passiflora
2. Switch to toon in Rata Sum, gather home instance nodes and charge quartz, check TP
3. Switch to toon in Dry Top for the Dailies, try to get the instance to T4 for quartz gathering
4. Go back to Southsun Cove for more Blooming Passiflora if not maxed
5. If there is still time, do whatever (leveling alts, WvW, achievements, living story…)
well, after over 2 years I finally got a precursor, so I will be busy with that for a while. and after that I still got a lot of fractals, living story and other achievements to get.. so I got plenty to do for at least another half year
Not playing GW2 while I enjoy other games.
‘would of been’ —> wrong
My daily in-game routine: log in on whatever character catches my fancy (I currently have 11 at 80 and a few more leveling), do whatever activity I feel like at the moment (leveling, map exploration, wvw, solo-queue, personal story, dungeons, holiday games, crafting, resource collecting, or whatever else is fun just then), switch to different characters/activities when I feel like it, and generally have fun.
I’ve got more than enough routine in my everyday life between family and job, I don’t need any of that in a game.
got to my server BL build some siege and log off when notice we are only 3 players there.
First i do a couple of world bosses included Tequatl and karka queen. that is mostly enough to finish my dailies. Then i will see what I do.
Log in, farm a bit in Bloodtide then Teq
Get dailies done
Time gated crafting.
Then… It depends.
Maybe a dungeon. Maybe a living story. Maybe guild mission. Meta bosses. Etc.
Almost always some sort of farming run to get more supplies for the next days crafting.
Not particularly exciting, but what daily routine in an mmo that you’ve played for while is?
