Guild Wars 2

I get this in-game email, it lists a bunch of zones, I go to queensdale and enter a portal, a labyrinth things… I wander around kill a big candycorn thing, open a chest.. cool..

I think that must be it. The map shows other areas.. how do I get there?

I go to other zones, looking for portals to other areas… nothing there….
check another zone.. nada.. no portals…

Now what? Where is this clock tower thing? Can a brotha get a quest tip when he enters a zone?

This event is so freakin’ confusing!

There is an npc inside those doors who will take you to other events including the clock tower.

There is a npc in that starting area of the labyrinth with the waypoint that you talk to.

Lack of indication is a little annoying. I managed to find everything by myself in Mad King World without any problems. However, how does one begin the search for Memories VII? There’s no indication telling you where to start. Without VII, you can’t find VIII-XII.

Im in a guild with other 500 , well 499 :P

That is how i always know how to do.

Also i check the forums and sites.

Or use a guide, because that hint isn’t even remotely clear to anybody who doesn’t delve deep in to the game lore, which is most everyone.

There’s poor guidance for this event in general, I had to use online guides to know what everything was. I guess it’s the…spirit of exploration they’re counting on?

I didn’t even KNOW about the mystic forge stuff until people told me.

I’ve found a lot of stuff through a combination of asking other players, speaking to NPC’s and reading the mails in game, just roaming around trying things and looking at the achievement list.

If that’s not helpling there’s the wiki and the forum too.
